Endocrinology is a branch of medicine that deals with the endocrine system, which controls the hormones in your body. An Endocrinologist is a doctor who  diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions affecting the endocrine system, including type 1 and type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, growth hormone deficiency, infertility, cholesterol problems, hypertension (high blood pressure), obesity and more.

 

Endocrine SA is the largest specialist endocrine practice in South Australia. Our team of experienced Endocrinologists are able to investigate and manage the full range of endocrine conditions in adults.

 

We offer in-person and Telehealth appointments. As we can have very long wait times for an appointment, please note that no appointment will be made until a valid referral has been received and triaged by the appropriate doctor. All doctors do have reserved appointments for urgent problems. We are happy to discuss your care with your referring doctor before your appointment as needed.
